Intellectual Property Licensing Policy To promote broader availability and use of our technologies, World Wide Broadcast Network, Inc. may periodically publish new licensing programs on WWBN.com.
For example, the company currently maintains programs for licensing World Wide Broadcast Network Platform System and other source code and API.
With respect to patents, World Wide Broadcast Network, Inc. will generally license our patents under fair and reasonable terms so long as licensees respect World Wide Broadcast Network, Inc. intellectual property rights. These licensing terms are similar to how others in the technology industry license their own patents, typically referred to as "commercially reasonable" terms. Where World Wide Broadcast Network, Inc. determines to license patents, we will generally do so nonexclusively.
For products that practice World Wide Broadcast Network, Inc. patents, the royalty rates will follow industry norms. World Wide Broadcast Network, Inc. will consider all requests for licenses but reserves the right not to license certain IP.
Use of World Wide Broadcast Network, Inc. Copyrighted Content, World Wide Broadcast Network, Inc. products, services, and Web content—including images, text, interfaces, players and feeds (collectively, "Products and Services")—are owned by World Wide Broadcast Network, Inc. Corporation and/or by World Wide Broadcast Network, Inc. vendors, who have given World Wide Broadcast Network, Inc. permission to use the Products and Services. Unless World Wide Broadcast Network, Inc. explicitly gives you permission within the End-User License Agreement (EULA) or License Terms that accompany the Products and Services and/or in the guidelines below, you may not copy, modify, distribute, display, license, or sell any Products and Services or components contained in them. 1. Your use may not be obscene or pornographic, and you may not be disparaging, defamatory, or libelous to World Wide Broadcast Network, Inc., any of its products, or any other person or entity.
2. Your use may not directly or indirectly imply World Wide Broadcast Network, Inc. sponsorship, affiliation, or endorsement of your product or service.
3. You may not use the screen shot in a comparative advertisement
4. You may not alter the screen shot in any way except to resize the screen shot. You may not use portions of the screen shots, and you may not include portions of a screen shot in your product user interface.
5. You may not use screen shots from World Wide Broadcast Network, Inc. beta products or other products that have not been commercially released by World Wide Broadcast Network, Inc..
6. You may not use screen shots that contain third-party content.
7. You must include the following copyright attribution statement: "World Wide Broadcast Network, Inc. product screen shot(s) reprinted with permission from World Wide Broadcast Network, Inc. Corporation."
8. If your use includes references to a World Wide Broadcast Network, Inc. product, you must use the full name of the product.
9. When referencing any World Wide Broadcast Network, Inc. trademarks, follow the General World Wide Broadcast Network, Inc. Trademark Guidelines.
10. You may not use a screen shot that contains an image of an identifiable individual.
